What You'll Do
Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations covering contact flows, routing logic, and IVR/self-service. Build and maintain manual and automated test suites using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium. Validate legacy-to-Connect migrations through parallel-run testing and flow conversion verification.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of QA/test engineering experience, including 3+ years testing contact center or IVR/voice platforms. Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or a comparable CCaaS platform. Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
