Business Solutions Partner - Enterprise AI

Build and maintain the AI and tool inventory for your assigned function, documenting findings on AI feature usage. Prepare inputs for build-vs-buy analysis and contribute to business cases comparing costs. Build prototypes and simple agents with AI tools to test workflow improvements. Serve as the Business Solutions Partner for your function, translating business needs into actionable stories and keeping stakeholders informed.

2–4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst or similar role, preferably at a SaaS company. Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flow Builder and reporting. Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, with strong data fluency. Clear written and spoken English skills.
