Senior Instructional Designer (Education Services)

Own and maintain the Education Services portfolio strategy, content roadmap, and curriculum direction for assigned Business Units. Design technical learning solutions that translate complex products into effective learning experiences. Monitor portfolio health and continuously improve Education Services offerings based on learner feedback and industry trends.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related disciplines. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
