On-the-job Trainer (OJT)

Support newly hired agents in transitioning from training to live customer interactions. Monitor performance by observing interactions and providing real-time coaching and feedback. Identify knowledge gaps and provide specific coaching to improve agent performance. Assist in complex interactions and reinforce best practices.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an agent or team leader in collections, preferably with strong performance in quality and efficiency KPIs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide effective real-time coaching and feedback. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on talent development.
