Coordinador SHE

Co-lead the safety pillar under Unilever's continuous improvement methodology. Lead the execution of safety culture programs on the factory floor and ensure compliance with critical safety routines. Manage risk assessment programs and maintain internal and external audit plans for continuous improvement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational safety and health, with at least 2 years in leadership roles. Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related fields. Valid license in occupational safety and health.
