Lead initiatives for the evolution of INSS payroll loan products from conception to implementation and results tracking. Map, design, and optimize customer journeys, identifying improvement opportunities. Define business rules for products and act as a focal point for product, UX, legal, and security teams, clarifying doubts and aligning deliveries.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in payroll loan products (business or product areas). Knowledge of SQL and BigQuery. Familiarity with financial sector regulations (Central Bank, INSS, agreements).
