What You'll Do
Lead the development and management of multi-year financial plans, annual budgets, and forecasts. Drive the Monthly Business Review process by analyzing data and identifying variances. Build and utilize financial models for stress tests and scenario planning. Synthesize complex data into clear reports and dashboards for executives.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in financial planning or analysis, preferably in insurance or finance. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field. Strong expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial tools; fluency in English is essential.
