Core Responsibilities

The representative will communicate with consumers via telephone to resolve unpaid accounts and provide accurate account updates. They are also responsible for counseling delinquent consumers on payment obligations while adhering to all relevant laws and company policies.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong negotiation and customer service skills. Knowledge of FDCPA regulations is preferred, along with the ability to multitask and maintain professional phone etiquette.
