What You'll Do
Lead the analysis of customer, commercial and operational performance data to identify actionable opportunities that improve revenue growth, customer engagement and digital channel performance. Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, dashboards and KPI tracking processes that provide visibility into MiNegocio business performance. Transform analytical findings into actionable business recommendations that support decision-making across Commercial Operations and Digital Growth teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines. 4-6 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, or related analytical functions. Strong experience analyzing commercial and customer data and creating dashboards.
