You will manage the entire customer journey for B2B clients, from initial product configuration to driving renewals and long-term growth. This role involves identifying upsell opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a proven track record in renewals and upselling. You must possess hands-on experience with complex B2B software like ERP or CRM systems and demonstrate fluent English proficiency.
