Manage the entire customer journey for B2B clients, from initial product implementation to long-term success and growth. Drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively manage retention metrics to ensure maximum product value.

Requirements

Requires 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management with a proven track record in renewals and upselling. Candidates must have hands-on experience setting up complex B2B products and possess fluent English communication skills.
