Core Responsibilities

Drive the outbound sales motion for Clara's expense management and corporate card solutions. Identify and engage companies using legacy financial processes, positioning Clara as the integrated alternative to traditional banks and manual expense tools. Generate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. Manage a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on long-term scalability.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, specifically within the Fintech, Expense Management, or Corporate Banking sectors. Deep practical knowledge of the Brazilian financial market, including corporate credit, payment processing, or ERP-adjacent SaaS. Proven experience selling to financial personas (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) and understanding their specific pain points. Working proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate proficiency in English.
