Coordinate the operational and administrative follow-up of programs for the adoption and development of skills related to Artificial Intelligence (Copilot). Manage and maintain databases to ensure the integrity and availability of information. Prepare and consolidate operational indicators, progress reports, and evidence to support decision-making in the area.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience (recent graduates accepted). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database analysis.
