Junior General Accountant

Conduct monthly reviews and analysis of financial statements prepared under both U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP for the assigned entities. Oversee the timely and accurate submission of local financial information into Emerson’s global consolidation system. Manage compliance with financial systems, internal controls, and accounting processes across the entities within scope.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Desirable experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and month-end/year-end close processes. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
