This role supports the delivery of in-flight Trading Risk Management mid-office projects by applying a standard framework to plan, track, and report progress across scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies. The specialist will coordinate daily project activities, maintain integrated project plans, and support adoption through structured change management activities.
Requirements
Candidates need 3 to 6 years of experience in project management or coordination, specifically supporting projects that are already in-flight, including managing deliverables and dependencies across teams. Hands-on experience supporting change projects, such as communications and training coordination, is also required, with exposure to methodologies like Prosci/ADKAR being beneficial.
