Manage and oversee laboratory operations, work plans, and activities to meet customer service requirements. Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPI), turnaround times (TAT), and applicable standards. Coordinate staff shift planning and supervise service delivery, reporting progress to designated management. Oversee training programs, MCT evaluations, and leadership assessments for team development.

5 years of experience in laboratory companies. 3 years of experience in the specific role/area. Technical knowledge in lubricant analysis and tribology. Educational background: Technical degree or higher. Proficiency in technical English and intermediate Office skills. Knowledge of ISO/ASTM standards. Valid driver's license (B).
