The intern will support the IT Services team with administrative tasks and documentation maintenance related to processes to ensure the correct functioning of the local infrastructure and support various certifications. Key functions include maintaining updated records of incidents, managing technology equipment inventories, and assisting in the creation and updating of internal manuals and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently studying or have recently completed technical or technological studies in areas such as IT, Software, or Networks. This entry-level internship focuses on providing support for IT infrastructure maintenance and asset control processes.
