Collaborate with teams such as Products, CRM, Marketing, and Business to enable campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience in loyalty programs, benefits, miles, points, or reward ecosystems. Experience in managing strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of financial and commercial indicators.
