Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute the regional Customer Experience strategy to maintain high service levels and optimize resources. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to diagnose issues, manage monthly forecasts, and monitor spending to ensure scalability and post-purchase excellence.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields with proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of SQL and Tableau, as well as previous experience in consulting or multinational companies, is desirable.
