The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams (5-10 people) to ensure A/B tests move smoothly through the entire lifecycle from idea to analysis, while also building and maintaining a testing roadmap of 10-20 upcoming experiments.
Requirements
This role is open to fresh graduates, especially those with backgrounds in Economics, Math, or Finance, and does not require prior formal project management or A/B testing experience as training will be provided. Essential traits include strong organization, diligence, proactive over-communication, and high agency for quick learning and problem-solving.
