Lead the planning, strategy, execution, and analysis of performance tests, including load, stress, volume, and endurance testing. Build, maintain, and execute automation and performance scripts using tools tailored to project needs. Diagnose complex quality and performance issues, proposing technical solutions for unresolved situations.

Solid experience in test automation, Quality Engineering, and performance testing. Leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and solving complex technical problems. Fluent English for interaction with international clients and global teams.
