The role focuses on four main areas within Customer Success: clear and respectful communication with international researchers via email, utilizing AI for solution configuration and bot training, ensuring high precision in data cleaning and import, and resolving small real-world challenges to simplify processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be actively enrolled from the 3rd year of any undergraduate course (STEM, Humanities, or Biological Sciences) and commit to 6 hours per day (30 hours weekly). Essential requirements include a strong attitude towards self-management, humility to receive feedback, courage to ask for help, and a willingness to take responsibility for personal development, alongside affinity for new software.
