What You'll Do
Evaluate and recommend the best credit options based on each client's profile. Analyze documentation received from the customer service team to ensure compliance and quality of information. Input and send data/documents to financial institutions' platforms. Monitor the client's journey with banks, ensuring fluidity and demanding agility from BPOs when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. At least 1 year of prior experience in real estate credit. Knowledge of real estate credit platforms from banks such as Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, and/or Caixa Econômica Federal. Certifications required: CA-300, CA-600 or ANEPS, LGPD, and PLDFT.
