Drive strategic initiatives focused on proactive reliability, leveraging data, automation, and AI to mitigate incident impact and improve system resilience. Guide architectural decisions, establish standards, and mentor engineering professionals to elevate technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in general-purpose backend programming languages such as Go or Java. Extensive knowledge in distributed systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and platform services on environments like AWS or GCP. Experience applying site reliability engineering principles, including reliability metrics, incident management, and observability.
