What You'll Do
Manage and direct the portfolio of operators, ensuring compliance with activity, quality, and strategies defined by management. Visit sales points to receive feedback and make tactical corrections. Analyze business processes to identify risks and propose solutions. Coordinate team training for the assigned operator portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Office tools. Experience managing sales channels in the mass consumption or retail industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
