Develop and evolve internal frameworks, libraries, APIs, and tools primarily in Python and Golang to support the data platform, while designing and implementing robust, scalable software architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities also include managing underlying infrastructure (like Airflow, Dataflow, Kubernetes), maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines, and focusing on platform observability and reliability.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a strong Software Engineering mindset, with deep proficiency in Python and desirable experience with Golang, focusing on platform/backend development rather than ETL pipelines. Required expertise includes software architecture best practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code, and significant experience with cloud computing environments, specifically GCP and orchestrators like Airflow at scale.
