Lead and engage the IT rollout planning team and implement regional CIE programs across local operations. Ensure the Success Rate of implementations and projects meets expected objectives. Design and manage team routines with daily rituals and sprints, removing potential impediments to maintain efficiency standards. Manage complex, high-impact projects and develop a dynamic, motivated team at the forefront of industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, or related fields. Minimum of 7 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement/Project Management teams. Certified knowledge in process improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies like Scrum.
