Mercado LibreCore Responsibilities
Lead the training strategy and improvement programs for the Mercado Libre Distribution Center operations. Define training needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Conduct audits to ensure process execution and identify opportunities for training and improvement. Monitor and report training KPIs to assess coverage, efficiency, and knowledge retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with at least 2 years in continuous improvement or training project leadership. Knowledge of CEDIS/Logistics Center operations and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and advanced Excel.
