Design collection strategies for different levels of delinquency based on statistical models and patterns to maximize recovery. Set monthly goals for collection teams based on compliance and recovery analysis. Develop risk cost and cash recovery budget models and analyze portfolio compliance, identifying causes of deviations.

Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics preferred. 5 years of experience in data analysis, projections, risk, and collections. Intermediate programming skills and good mathematical handling are required.
