What You'll Do
Monitor and analyze operational quality indicators (KPIs) of First Mile nodes, including scan failure rates and stow success rates. Conduct quality audits on receiving, stow, and dispatch processes. Identify root causes of quality deviations and propose corrective and preventive action plans. Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics. Experience with Excel and six sigma methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. Strong communication skills and experience in data analysis.
What We Offer
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Osasco, Brazil. Candidates must be located and legally authorized to work in Brazil. The role requires working in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
