Develop vendor communication channels as a full-scale product with a clear roadmap and backlog. Define and evolve the integration architecture with external providers. Improve channel efficiency while reducing operational costs (OPEX). Own SLA performance across vendors (delivery rate, latency, MTTR).
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis within high-load or platform environments. Experience working with external integrations and third-party providers. Strong understanding of SLA management, reliability, and operational metrics. Experience building or improving scalable system architectures.
