What You'll Do
Plan and deliver technical training for forest harvesting machine operators, focusing on Harvester and Forwarder operations. Develop and update training materials incorporating best practices and new technologies. Support the selection and evaluation processes for operators, monitoring performance indicators and identifying development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Technical education or ongoing higher education. Valid driver's license (Category B). Experience or knowledge in forest harvesting operations (HV and FW). Ability to develop and deliver technical training. Proficiency in Office Suite and data analysis.
