Data Client Onboarding Specialist
AddeparCore Responsibilities
Manage the data feed onboarding process for new Addepar clients, including communicating the data onboarding workflow to clients and providing guidance on account eligibility and authorization requirements. Provision received accounts to the appropriate Addepar environments and work closely with data providers to address onboarding requests and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding processes and maintain accurate account onboarding instructions.
Requirements
A few years of experience in client-facing roles, specializing in Client Onboarding and Success within the FinTech and financial advisory sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English; fluency in French, German, and/or Italian is a plus. Familiarity with using Salesforce, Databricks, Jira, Google Suite, and CRM applications is preferable.
