Software Engineering Manager (Hands-On) | MMS Users

Participate in the development of critical services in our ecosystem, focusing on long-term and sustainable solutions. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and resilience. Build integration with 3rd party APIs and tools, and support existing systems to enhance functionality and scale.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. Experienced in managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of software engineers. Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java/Ruby/Go/C++). Strong communication skills to work with teams across different cultures.
