Be responsible for the performance of customs operations to release packages entering the country via Cross Border Trade. Act as the local contact for performance teams in origin (China/USA) to ensure quality of pre-alerts, documentation, and compliance with SLAs. Coordinate with the Comex team and customs brokers for the rapid release of cargo, ensuring document readiness and resolution of inspections or alerts.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields. Experience in managing logistics operations, control towers, or Cross Border Trade, with a strong preference for roles in other marketplaces. Direct experience leading daily relationships and SLA compliance with logistics providers (3PLs, customs brokers, or carriers).
