Execute daily routing processes within defined operational windows. Ensure compliance with operational cutoffs and accurate route assignments in routing systems. Verify the quality of operational data and identify and correct errors in routing systems. Maintain effective communication with support teams to resolve daily routing incidents. Generate regular performance reports and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Adaptability to work with multicultural and remote teams. Proficiency in routing tools. Experience with queries and tables. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization). Desirable experience with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, etc.).
