Core Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the commercial operation of the outsourced sales force in four regions, ensuring acquisition goals are met. Drive active prospecting of new businesses, building results from scratch each month. Manage commercial and administrative relationships with external agencies, including negotiations and expense reconciliations. Design and standardize field work routines to ensure team alignment and execution across multiple locations.

Requirements

Experience in managing sales forces, preferably in hybrid models (field + office). Previous experience in financial services, mass consumption, or food delivery sectors. Strong commercial profile oriented towards hunting, with the ability to structure and execute work routines. Analytical skills to interpret commercial data and make performance-based decisions.
