Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll and social benefits for employees. Ensures compliance with labor regulations and manages reporting to external entities such as IESS and SUT.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields with 2 to 3 years of experience managing payroll for over 200 employees. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with Ecuadorian labor platforms (IESS, SUT) is essential.
