Conduct technical visits to sites, developing plans and monitoring service execution, as well as verifying and preparing technical reports of the visits. Supervise work, ensuring compliance with delivery standards from suppliers, and manage changes in scope and performance issues. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies, and risk management; negotiate priorities and deadlines with site leaders, and support team development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Automation. Experience in maintenance execution, control, and planning, as well as contract management and third-party service provision. Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP, Totvs, Prisma, or Maximus, and advanced proficiency in Office Suite.
