FigureCore Responsibilities
Review teleop data collection sessions against established quality standards. Identify and document issues including technique inconsistencies, incomplete sequences, and edge-case scenarios. Produce qualitative assessment reports for team leaders to deliver to the pilot team. Collaborate with the AI and pilot teams to refine quality criteria over time.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent evaluation logic across diverse scenarios. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable navigating computer-based tools and quickly learning new software. Patient, quality-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.
