Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading Inbound/Outbound representative teams, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring full operational support while identifying improvement opportunities through cross-departmental projects. The leader must also surpass area goals, provide continuous coaching for team development, and support process and personnel development within the CAD.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, or Engineering, along with proven experience in similar leadership roles managing people and routines. Essential requirements include strong data analysis skills, good communication, organization, urgency management, and basic proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel/Sheets.
