Manage a portfolio of Reporter Services members and ASPs to ensure successful delivery of environmental disclosure products. Act as the primary point of contact to guide customers through CDP questionnaires and the discloser portal.

Requires experience in customer success or account management within a B2B environment and a strong understanding of sustainability issues. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex environmental disclosure requirements.
