What You'll Do
Coordinate and supervise ground operations to ensure safe and timely aircraft handling. Manage human resources and operational tools efficiently, resolving operational contingencies in real-time. Maintain constant communication with operational areas to ensure proper process execution and follow up on operational indicators for improvement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation, with at least 3 years in leading or coordinating ground operations and managing operational resources. Knowledge of ground handling, contingency management, and aviation regulations.
