Global Proc Ind Sr Coordinator

Own the development and execution of the POS sourcing strategy, identifying opportunities to drive cost, service, and innovation improvements across the category. Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract implementations with POS suppliers. Track supplier performance against KPIs, identify gaps, and lead supplier engagement plans focused on cost, service, quality, and innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally with exposure to Point of Sale or retail execution materials. Strong negotiation, analytical, and program management skills.
