General Program Management Senior Manager

Lead capital projects following Project Management Office (PMO) methodology and Front-End Loading (FEL) phases. Manage FEL 1 and FEL 2 activities, providing support in FEL 3 and FEL 4 as needed. Facilitate project workshops and events for team and stakeholder alignment. Build and lead multidisciplinary teams for safe and efficient project development.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering). PMI certification is highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of experience in executing capital projects within the chemical, mining, or industrial processing industry. Experience leading multiple capital projects between USD $0.5M and $10M.
