Develop critical analyses on the performance of processes covered by the Quality Management System based on data and indicators. Improve procedures and workflows in Distribution Centers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Research root causes of deviations and formulate corrective and preventive action proposals. Provide technical guidance to Distribution Center teams on the correct application of quality tools such as PDCA and FMEA.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Engineering with active CRF or CRQ. Proficiency in Quality Tools (PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, etc.). Knowledge of ISO Standards (9001, 14000, 45000) and RDC 48. Experience in Data Analysis and Statistical Tools. Project Management skills.
