Manage the dispatch of technicians in an assigned area and supervise schedules and routes to maximize productivity and meet SLAs. Communicate with customers to confirm or reschedule appointments and adjust resources based on daily changes.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or technical degree with 0-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability for extended work hours are required.
