What You'll Do
Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives. Design customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities. Conduct solution demonstrations and pilot projects to showcase functionality and validate solution feasibility. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges.
What We're Looking For
Expert knowledge of customer success and associated operational excellence. Strong knowledge of sales and post-sale practices. High level understanding of Advertising technology and its impact in a commercial marketing space. Ability to lead and manage mid-large teams in a dynamic environment.
