Risk Manager III, 1P Lending MX

Design and maintain the end-to-end origination policy, including score cutoffs and decision trees. Own the portfolio lifecycle strategy by defining line adjustments and authorization rules. Build and execute the champion/challenger testing program for origination, including test cell design and sample sizing. Monitor the origination funnel and portfolio health through vintage analysis and escalate early warning signals to committees.

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience within financial services and payment institutions. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
