Analyze process data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to ensure compliance. Lead initiatives for process optimization and automation, and communicate incidents or improvements to product areas.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or related fields. 1 year of experience working on projects. Advanced knowledge of banking operations and products, Agile methodologies, and tools like Power BI and Excel.
